Our team members have previously worked in organisations such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Fitch Learning, BPP Professional Education and other leading organisations around the world.
Our courses offer learning and training opportunities for a wide range of businesses and individuals, from start-ups to C-suite executives across all sectors and industries. These can be completed digitally over a number of days, also giving you the option to become certified.

Tashfin Shafique
CEO & Founder
Tashfin has over 20 years experience in the Investment Banking and Consulting Arena having worked in the UK, US, Middle East and Europe. Tashfin has covered large scale transformation programmes globally and even started his own tech business in AI with his co-founder. Tashfin has a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, an MSc from City University, and an MBA from Imperial College, Additionally, he has completed an executive Digital Strategy for Business Leaders course certified by Columbia Business School, and has completed the CXO Digital Transformation course.
Hiral Patel
HR | Learning & Development Manager
Hiral is an MSc Psychology graduate with experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Business Administrations. She has extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite where she provided training for clients such as City of London, City of London Police, and London Councils. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and secure work culture enabling equal opportunity for others. In her free time, Hiral likes to learn about different cultures and languages and currently learning to speak Korean.
Gathoni Wambugu
Learning & Development Manager
Gathoni is a Master of Arts (MA) in Entrepreneurial Management graduate and has completed a work-study abroad program in New York, where she worked as a Learning and Development Coordinator. She also has an undergraduate degree in International Events Management with a Professional Experience Year. Having lived and worked in three different continents, she is flexible and easily adapts to different environments and cultures. Gathoni has over three years of experience working in different industries including, financial services, marketing, and events. In her spare time, Gathoni enjoys traveling, doing jigsaw puzzles, and volunteering for different causes.
Ayaan Fazil
Intern Analyst
Ayaan is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Economics at the London School of Economics. He has worked in both the agency and investment branches of real estate. He lead a research paper into potential fundraising partners for healthcare NGO based in the UK and Pakistan. Ayaan is also a Spring candidate at Barclays and Schroders.

Kuldip Sandhu has with 25+ years working in IT across banking and financial services, higher education, legal, police, local government, insurance, retail, professional services, telecoms and aerospace, events & hospitality, and recruitment. He has managed teams of 150+ cross-functional experts and budgets of £10M+, and have worked with multiple renowned clients including RBS, Citigroup, State Street, EDF Trading, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, University of London, UCAS, and technology partners such as HPE, BMC, Samsung, Cisco, Microsoft, and IT managed service providers.

Hane is an award-winning data science and AI specialist. He has 15+ years applied data science research experience across several prestigious universities and is an accomplished academic author.
